• Drag files to move their pages as a block. Click a thumbnail to preview it; use checkboxes for selection. Drag individual pages across files, or use the arrow buttons. Organize shows pages in a grid, 40 at a time. Page numbers and selections follow the current order.
• Extract saves selected pages as a separate PDF without changing the job. Undo keeps 30 editing steps and retains referenced source files. Clear undo history (under Performance) permanently discards that history. Page lists show 40 pages at a time; Move selected handles distant destinations. Cancellation may wait for a running step in compatibility/local-file mode. Originals are never changed.
• Limits: 50 MB per file, 100 MB per job and 1,000 pages; lightweight mode uses 25/50 MB. These are source-data caps, not RAM guarantees. Complex documents may exceed browser memory. PNG/JPEG images fit a Letter page without downsampling. Image inputs are limited to 16 megapixels, or 8 in lightweight mode.
• Estimated size is approximate; actual size appears after export. Compact mode optimizes PDF structure without reducing image quality, but may not make a file smaller.
• Password protection uses AES-256 locally and requires the hosted website (not file-folder mode). The first use downloads optional tools; cached tools may work offline. PDFs already protected by a password, signed/certified PDFs and interactive forms are not supported. Passwords are not saved. Keep the original and a safe record of your password.
• Interactive forms and signature widgets are rejected. Digital signatures, bookmarks, attachments, accessibility tags, internal links, metadata and annotation behavior are not guaranteed to survive. Keep originals and review the output.
• This tool does not edit text, OCR, sign, redact, fill forms or flatten annotations. It is not a PDF sanitizer. Previews fail visibly for oversized images rather than silently omitting them. Sources over 24 MB show a memory warning, not a preview refusal. Active pages and visible thumbnails render progressively with a bounded cache. Lightweight mode skips thumbnails; a single page may be previewed on demand.

The core app is cached separately. Previously used preview resources may be available offline; uncached optional previews need a connection. Browser storage may be evicted.
